Bowling Green a Bust!
What's the old saying, never change more than one thing at a time?
In this case I WAY over reached having changed the blower, Mag, tires, and fuel pump.
While we had high hopes for the weekend, it all went down hill with a problem with the NEW mag
that we didn't find until after 2 days of tearing everything down.
Note to Self: If it's ever this bad again, check ignition first.
Many thanks to Frank Ousley for the loan of his Mag to at least get us down the track
but by then, we'd thrown away a perfectly good tuneup chasing down the problems.
Next stop New England Dragway with hopefully no more issues and give Pete Jensen something
to work with.

Bowling Green and other races
Well, fingers are crossed that my travel plans go as I want.
Right now I'm scheduled to be able to run Bowling Green this year and perhaps
New England and Arizona.
All the re-certs are complete and on their way back.
Car is all set to go and new (to me) trailer is done
with some great new cabinets.
I head back to Cairo in a week but should be back in plenty of time
for Bowling Green. Even my chassis tag is up to date but will
need to get it done again at the race in BG.
Keep your fingers crossed for me. Too long without nitro.
Bob
